Skin Glow Glossary — including the AI face scan, the routines it generates, the skincare diary, and the "Ask a Professional" feature — is for general skincare education and convenience only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed dermatologist or physician. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition or before starting, stopping, or changing any skincare or medical routine.

Free access

The catalog, ingredient education, guided quiz, and product recommendations are free for everyone — no account or purchase is required. Product prices shown in the catalog refer to products sold by retailers, not app access.

Premium subscription

Premium is an optional paid add-on, $19.99/month, billed monthly. It requires creating an account. Premium includes:

• AI-powered live face scan — real-time camera analysis, scan photo never saved
• A personalized routine built from your scan results and our product library
• A private profile that stores your scan history
• 1 progress scan per month to track how your skin changes over time
• Skincare diary to log when you start/stop products and how your skin reacts
• Daily & nightly routine checklist you can check off
• Water intake tracker
• Sunscreen reapplication check-off list — track up to 3 reapplications a day
• "Ask a Professional" — up to 5 questions a month, answered and saved to your dashboard

None of these Premium features are visible or usable until payment has been completed — there is no preview or trial period.

No trial period

There is no free trial for Premium. Your card is charged the full $19.99/month as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Extra face scans

Premium members can buy extra AI face scans for $2.99 each (the price shown in your app store may differ by region). An extra scan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it never renews, each purchase adds exactly one scan, and it is only used once your monthly scan has been used. Extra scans do not expire while your account is active, are tied to your account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. A scan that has been used is final; an unused extra scan can be refunded through your app store under its own refund policies.

Refund policy

All Premium purchases are final. Skin Glow Glossary does not offer refunds for any part of a billing period, except where required by law ("except where required"). If you believe you're entitled to a refund under applicable law, or under your app store's own refund policies, request it through that app store directly — refunds for purchases made through an app store are handled by the store, not by Skin Glow Glossary.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. If you cancel after a successful payment, your subscription stays active through the end of that billing cycle — you keep access until the cycle ends, not the moment you cancel. When the cycle ends, your Premium profile (scan history, diary, routine history, and "Ask a Professional" history) is permanently and automatically deleted.

Failed or missed payments

If a payment fails, your subscription is suspended and you have a 3-day grace period to resolve billing before anything is canceled. If billing isn't resolved within 3 days, your subscription is canceled and your Premium profile is automatically deleted, the same as a voluntary cancellation.

Apple standard EULA

Skin Glow Glossary uses Apple's standard end user license agreement for iOS app distribution unless a separate written agreement is provided. Review the Apple Standard EULA.
